I applied for GCMS/CAIPS notes and expected to receive after a month or so.

So my question is that can I do upfront medical after 2-3 months?

no i think in Pakistan we dont have option for upfront meds IOM ask for IME number which was generated by visa office on medical forms ... so i think you didnt go for upfront medicals

bro just wait 2 or 3 months after AOR you get your MR

please share you NOC number and IELTS score of each band and your qualification
