yes sameer you should apply to CIO sydney with all required forms and chaces of refusal still ahead till you didnt get you visas stamped ... where you from your NOC in which you nominated Ielts score and exp kindly give these details

I applied in nov 2013 for pnp my brother support me as a mb supporter and i got nomination certificate by emailed now just need some help for further application

The email i received for reassessment, they ask me reassessment for me and my wife. All information is correctly written in email like this

Candidate name : XXXXXXXXX
UCI # : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
IME # : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

BUT they have mistakenly forgot to put "i" in my name in the last but in the starting of email they mentioned my complete and correct name with " DEAR XXXXXXX", so what should i do now, doctors will accept this letter ? becoz the mistake of "i" will not match with my passport name but other information such as UCI and IME number and my complete name in the starting of email are correct. they have clearly mentioned in the last that
" DONT REPLY THIS EMAIL". ? WHAT TO DO NOW ? ? ? ? ? I AM WORRIED ...

PLEASE ANSWER THIS VERY VERY URGENTLY BECOZ THEY DID NOT MENTION ANY TIMEFRAME TO SEND THEM MEDICAL. PLEASE

Umair, On 12th September, I am sitting in IELTS exam. A week ago got call from Manitoba immigration office, there was a lady she asked me; what is my plan ''resubmitting the fresh IELTS results'' I asked her should I?? she said yes, you should but keep in mind that LVO officers are very strict :'( !! anyway that's how I got confirmed that my case wasn't rejected.
Lets see how it will go :-X

yes congrats brother now this is cross checked that your case doesnt rejected and they gave you a chance for ielts make sure for 6 bands in each category Inshallah all will be good best of luck
