· Valid Passport No (starts with two alphabets and seven digits)

sweetqaurtz as you mention urgent then they would reply within 2 to 3 working days .. i also sent an enquiry with urgent and EFL reply within 2 days

they sent letter to me to send my passport for visa stamping within 30 days of letter but the issue is i have an urgent travel coming up and i needed extension of another 15 days so i can send them my passports once i am back...

have sent them email twice but no one replies.

whos your visa officer whats your timeline ... do contact with them "Most urgent" subjext after considering your query they reply within 24 hours send that email now with that subject
