1.We received your application for permanent residence on September 21, 2015.
2.We started processing your application on December 23, 2015.

But I have still not got my AoR. Is any thing to worry about? I'm from Pakistan and my VO is LVO.

plz dont rely on lawyers/Immigration consultant get in touch with them and ask them about your application status again and again they have pity of files and some are too lazy about giving information

you are misguided by your lawyer its not possible that you cant get AOR in 1 year AOR will arrives maximum in 6 months plzz dig in your lawyer's database

I recommend him before to check his application status by apply GCMS notes.
This will give him actual situation and status of his application.

Don't rely on Lawyer.

I applied and sent my application myself. That's why I have access of my E-CAS. I checked people are receiving their AORs in exact 3 months time the application received by CIC. But in my case after three months time, I got, "We started processing your application on December 23, 2015."

I applied and sent my application myself. That's why I have access of my E-CAS. I checked people are receiving their AORs in exact 3 months time the application received by CIC. But in my case after three months time, I got, "We started processing your application on December 23, 2015."

This is a good sign that CIC start processing your application which is the process after AOR issuance.
Some times, same day they send email for AOR & "We started processing your application on date xx-xx-xx."
If you still don't receive AOR then send Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) and request for UCI and Application Number.
Remember, use same email address which you mention in your documents.
They will respond you within 30 days.

but receipt number , EP number and UCI number all came together in one email atleast at my time not sure about nowdays
