Reminder email:- 30 August 2016
My application has been updated：11 September 2016，the background check from in progress to not needed

Hi Guys.i need some advice.i am ontario pnp nominee and i have also received AOR from cic.i am on BOWP right now and it will expire in April 2017.i recently came to india because my father expired and i had to leave canada urgently.i came to india and i applied for TRV to come back but my application got refused.i dont understand the logic about refusal when i have valid work permit.Can some one help me about what should i do next?

Here's the question before figuring out logic...

1. Why you want to come back to Canada? This is what the immigration officer is questioning too...

The logic is:
1. You still have a valid BOWP until Apr/17, so you can enter Canada with it.
2. Since you used to have the work permit, CIC may assume you will want to work when you come back.
3. Then you applied for TRV, in which you cannot work legally. So CIC rejected your application.

This is what you do:
1. If you will enter Canada now, you may use your current BOWP.
2. If you want enter Canada after Apr/17, you may apply TRV or so, after BOWP is expired. Please write a good explanation about your situation and "why" you come back Canada and "what" you will do in Canada.
3. You may apply for the extension of BOWP before it expires since you still has PR application in process.
