If PNP is closed, i came to know that employer has to pay compliance fee. how does ur friend payed that fee at border?

Can you please ask him and let me know?
Is not the applicant who pay the compliance fee, is the Employer. The payment must be done on-line through employer portal and the system will generate a number (similar with LMIA nr). Your employer will print that nr for you and you will have the proof at the border.

Thanks for sharing this information.

Looking at current trend, inland Paper based PNP applicants have to wait long to get MR. I guess this thread will be more active after 8 months. Oh CIC, show some mercy on us :)

He paid work permit fee at border not compliance fee

Hi,

I got my AOR yesterday,I applied on May 2nd. I have a question... this is my case: My husband applied for study permit as principal applicant so I could apply for WP. Then I got a job and applied for AINP, then I applied for permanent resident as principal applicant. This is the question: My husband can change his study permit to WorkPermit?

Hello guys.

I got reminder e-mail and just paid RPRF.

According to the instruction, I attached the receipt and sent it through case specific enquiry.

It also says "you must send the receipt to CIO-Sydney".

I have to send the paper to CIO where our application was reviewed for AOR?

thank you
