PNP - ADD ON spouse timeline

Hello.
I have added my spouse to my ongoing PNP application.
I just received medical and biometrics request for my spouse last week and have completed it by today.
How long does it take to get approval/passport request for her?
Also, I will also be getting the approval together as she is added to my dependants.
I am in Canada, and my spouse is in India.

It can take around 3-9 months after adding your spouse or common law partner.

I wanted to know more about how long after medical and biometrics completion?
