PMP Certification ECA Evaluation

Good Day All,

I have a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification claimed from the PMI (Project Management Institute) in Pennsylvania, The mentioned is well recognized in the US and the Canadian market.I have no idea if such certification will be evaluated according to the ECA or not, As it focuses on your experience and then conducting their Exam!

No ECA is required for it. CIC recognizes it.

Do you have any idea how to add it in the Profile? As all the choices are mentioning the academic years required!

I think once you get an ITA you would have the option to add Certificates...In EE profile it does not fetch you any additional points

PMP certification does not earn point in EE.

There is a section is the form asking about your organizational associations in the PR form after you receive ItA. This is where I would mention your association with PMI.

May I ask what is your highest level of education?

PMP does not get you any additional points in EE. I am certified too but i am not planning to add it to education section, as it does not impact the profile. However, it may strengthen your claim for mentioned roles and responsibilities, depending on your NOC.
