Hi to all,
I have to ask if i make fd of 20,000 CAD on 25.12.09 then can I file the documents to CHC ND after one of the date of FD. Will it create any problem or fine

i think there will be no problem, but on 25.12.09, there is a holiday for Christmas, remember that.

An FD is perfectly fine to show as POF.

what is fd? fixed deposit? You can file as soon it shows on your account. For some visa offices, they do encourage many statements but if you don't have that, then just go with the latest.

If u want to use it, why do u keep it in FD? Better keep it in regular a/cs.
-Yes, u can use it-up. But maintain a flow untill u get ur Visas.
-Sometimes CHC may ask to show POF again during ur meds.
-Yes, any 'liquid' amnt can be shown as POF. (Current/Savings a/c, NRE a/c, FD/TD, PO Savings a/c etc.)

i meant can i use some money form the current account..i didnt mean FD,...since we need to pay our monthly expns ie rent. utility and food...I have taken balance confirmation for my current account but will have the funds goin down due to payment of rent and fees and cr card payt......is that fine..and it will have some inflow of salary too
