As they have already rejected your case, I don't think you have anything to lose if they don't consider your claim that you should get 22 points. Just write a letter to them explaining your education and quoting their own criteria that you have completed 3 years diploma as well as 15 years of full-time education. They may reconsider the case.

there is no harm writing a letter to them but if u think u can challenge the decision in federal court, then
it wont be wise.

1 > Secondary School (Metric / 10th Class / S.S.C.) = 10 Years
2 > Higher Secondary School (F.A / 12th Class)= 2 Years
3 > Bachelor of Zoology (3 years B.Sc Course) = 3 Years (but it took 4 years for session delay)
4 > Masters of Zoology (1 year M.Sc Course) = 1 Year (but it took 2 years for session delay)
Mode of study - all- FULL TIME.

So it was taken full 18 years to complete my study (in my certificate it is also mentioned that exam date is 2002,2003,exam held on 2003,2005).
Can any senior help me figure it out how am likely going to score under the Education category as it is a question about my eligibility to apply.........

you will get 22 points if all education is regular, because it will be taken as master degree with 16 years of full-time study

mmomen if u hve done PhD, or Master's, AND at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study, then u get full 25 pts.....but Im a bit confused in ur case as urs is 16 yrs of full time study and not 17

now recalculate.

Correct - 22 points; 16 years of study with Masters.
