hey
i have done with medicals a few days ago....
i still have my original passport.
so should i send back the passport just like that (e.g through the same visa courier service ,through which i applied)
and please let me know what additional documents should i send with the original passport?
and should i mention that i've done medical from XYZ doctr (DMO) of xyz city?
please , guide me in this respect ,i havnt been given a satisfied answer so far.

if you are going to submit your all documents first time and you gona take a medical in advance with your application then

1. if u undergoes your medical, then you must check the authorize doctor/ clinic by the embassy of canada, then you or your doctor has to courier your medical results to this address

im going for study dear, ive applied for student visa, september intake, done my medical on 26 july and submit my passport (ONLY) the same day i did my medical through TCS. now waiting for the visa but my question is i didnt submit any medical document along my passport not even the form of medical which Embassy sent me i just sent the Passprot as the doctor told me SO SHOULD I SENT THAT MEDICAL FORM TOO (along my passport) should i sent it now ASAP bcz i have sent my PP already?????

I Tell you earlier that You should your passport back,,,through same courier,,,,where submit and then they inform you for medical,,,and give you passport,medical cover letter..medical form with picture,,,,
If you finish the medical process,then You return the passport with same courier,,with medical cover letter,,,,
Even You dont understand,,,,Then email me,,my personal ID

it is the case when you are not undergo your medical in advance.............you can wait for embassy to ask you for medical

choice is your either you want advance medical or have to wait for embassy

Dear Bro plz try to understand my case.
i have apllied from pakistan islamabad for a student visa, on 16 june 2010, and got my medical request on 23 july and medical was done on 26july PLUS the passport (only PP was) sent the same day on 26 july, back to the embassy.

so shud i ahve to send any other doucment with my PP, this is my actual concern Bro. i hope its clear now

if you had undergone the authorized doctor from the Canadian embassy, he/she knows the procedure
so you have to submit your passport in candada embassy

this department will pursue your reports to concern department so u can re-check with ur doctor
they forward or not

you can do one thing more if you gona apply for visa you can attach an additional copy of medical with your visa application

Secondly i have applied for the visa 1 and half month back and already done with the medicals which is the later on requirement (after submitting your visa application) now im waiting for my visa,
my query is just just simple, i Just realised later (after submitting my PP back to the high commision) which is a requirement to send ur Pasport after the medical is done, that may be i should have to submit a medical form to the high commision aswell which i did not. so i just wantted to confirm is there any requirement in the process to sumbit a medical form with your PP?????

I provide services to a US based Web Hosting Company.

Risk involved is, if I attach job offer letter to visa application.
CHC will verify these details from my employer and he won't resist to fire me off.

I have a plan. if i submit the bank statement for my $ account where monthly salary is transferred.
Does it justify my employment history for the gap I have from 2009 till present?

Or any other suggestion will be highly acknowledged.

why your employer will fire you off
its ur personal choice if you want to study i dont think they will stop you to make your visa application

well you already working for them online so you can continue your work

so it may bring some doubts in their minds so they may cancel my contract.

very same case as mine ...(i applied at chc isloo through visatronix)

i did the same
passport sent through tcs to chc
(medical instructions mai b clearly likha tha k just "send the passport back" )
thats it no forms from doctor ..they theirself 'll send the medical reports
relax n chill
wait a couple of weeks for the pp to get stamp
inshallah u'll get visa

i sent my application through TCS courier on 12th july....i emailed embessy few days ago they replied me that my file is under review...okkayy

i have just visited tonite tcs website and on tracking my application it is showing "RETURN TO ORIGIN" .....

what does this mean, embessy sent me the medicals ?

if anyone has experienced then plz plz reply...
