hey
i have done with medicals a few days ago....
i still have my original passport.
so should i send back the passport just like that (e.g through the same visa courier service ,through which i applied)
and please let me know what additional documents should i send with the original passport?
and should i mention that i've done medical from XYZ doctr (DMO) of xyz city?
please , guide me in this respect ,i havnt been given a satisfied answer so far.

the best way is to ask the TCS VISA TRONIX persons that wat u have to do now....coz they are authorized by the embessy and deal cases everyday...so u have to contact them

Sorry for late reply
I think,You don't understand my answer about courier service,
I tell U that,,You send the passport only with medical cover letter ,if they send you...This Letter see like checklist or application,,,,,that letter explain to send the passport back to CHC Islamabad,,,,I used FedEx courier first time,then used also for second time,,,,so You use same courier for submission of passport.

I Tell you earlier that You should your passport back,,,through same courier,,,,where submit and then they inform you for medical,,,and give you passport,medical cover letter..medical form with picture,,,,
If you finish the medical process,then You return the passport with same courier,,with medical cover letter,,,,

i emailed to CHC and wrote that i haven't get any response even not of medical and 15 working days have gone....they replied me day before yesterday....and they mentioned my "FILE NO.." on top of the email....and worte

DEAR CLIENT
your file is in process...and thanks for ur patient..and no further action is required by u at this time..and bla bla...

ok so i have questions to all of u,

as embessy has issued me the file no then it means that i have sent them the complete documents and they don't require any thing else and they r now just reviewing my file ?

now as they replied my query, then is there any possibility that i will get medical call from them soon ?

you dont worry friend kugaa,becoz i received my medical letter after 36 days mean 28 working days.....
so You will recieve for medical letter soon,,,Canadian procedures are slow but very Good,,,,,so please wait for response,,,,it will be soon,,,ok

Hey sehrish

After the medical is done,doctor takes about a week to send the reports to embassy and then Normally, after a week or two the Embassy calls the prospective applicant and tells him to submit the passport (yes you will submit only passport or maybe that letter to VFS or whatever company your submitted your file to,if not submitted directly to embasy).

I advise you to double check it with embassy or the company (like VFS) they will guide you as to what to do (go to the website and you will get the number,just ring them up)

Dear PMM and everybody,
i have done with my medical on 26 july and sent my passport (ONLY Passport) the same day through TCS courier service.
when i went to the doctor, she did my medical and ask me to JUST send my passport back to the embassy. I did asked her that will u give me some document or form that i will send with my passport, she replied whos ur sponsor and i said me muself. then she said if you are ur own sponsor then theres no form for you to submit along the passport. so i just kept the medical form (sent by the embassy with myself) and JUST send the Paspport only

My Question is should i send the form which the embassy send me with the medical request form????? or just the passport which i did send. And NO other document with that.
