Re: PMM or any other seniors .........!! please help me.

Can you provide more information?

The notes must have given more information?

"Misrepresentation" doesn;t dowund good at all. By the looks of it means that you had hidden soemthing in the past or may be they think you misrepresent your education or job or something.

May be he thinks wrong? It depends on the case.... Do you remember of anything that can lead the VO to think wrong or make him feel like you are misrepresenting yourself?

sorry to all

i may be wrong.......!!

if u have GCMS notes please go through...........!

if there is any thing sort of s.15[1] or s.19[1] please let me know.....!!

thanks

jsa,

can you see any notes after these entries? What else do the notes say... That is more likely to help answer your question !

Do a search on trackitt for "Help to understand GCMS Notes" - are your notes the same as these?

jsa - it would be really good if after asking the question you could follow up with everyone... The forms are supposed to help everyone out...

i did ask question. if i had an answer why would i ask a question. ????

so some one has to clear me first then i can follow it..........!! isnt it................????????

well umariz asked if there was anything in particular with your application that could cause problems? Have you filled an application previously?

Did you have a look at the trackitt postings I mentioned - they seemed similar...

case specific enquiry?

JSA,

I hope you are well. I just came accross one of your older posts which mentioned the fact that you were a priest. You mentioned in your post that your work permit NOC is skills level A and that your IELTS score wasn't high enough so you applied for CEC using a different NOC which comes under skills level B (as your IELTS score was high enough for this).

Your notes show marking under misrep and language proficiency. I belive the reason for this is because your application for CEC is using a different NOC (a different level) than what you actually came here to do and the officer probably thinks you have now misrepresented yourself.

I hope this helps.

I guess you have nothing to worry as the acts mentioned in the notes are with reference to Access to Information Acts necessary for CIC to follow for providing personal information etc......chk the below link (lot of material though but look for the acts mentioned in your notes and we will get an answer)
