hi PMM thanx very much for ur valuable advises. I want to bother u again , i am in a confusing situation. My husband applied in 2007 thru SAP . at tht time i had got a niece who was amost 1 and a half month old n is a born canadian citizen n was present at tht time in canada n still living there, but i didnt mentioned it in our applications , as i thought tht may be i cant claim points for a one n a half month old niece. n also for tht reason tht i thought tht i ll be able to gain points due to my brother who was also in the process of gaining PRship( now he has got it)but now i ve to come to know tht CIc ll not accept my adapdibility points after the locked in date. so wht shd i do know shd i take our application back n reapply with the new info or can i send a letter to CHC stating abt the current situation n wanting change in my info provided. i can prove tht she was present in canada at the time of our application n is a canadian citizen , plz help me , i m quite confused. And also could u suggest wht s the fastest n reliable way to contact CHC london ,i mean any email address etc.

Send the letter, the only can only refuse it. If you didn't have 67 points without the niece, you will have problems.

Thanks for ur reply but i assume tht my husbans scores 67 points as he has more than 4 yrs experience, bachelor degree, age below 49, high english language skills, but i want to ask tht we could provide docs for other factors as meet these requirements but how can we prove English language skills as my husband hasnt taken IELTS but plans to take b4 assessment. Also see the under article, i dont want to question ur knowledge but i just need a clearification tht whether it ll apply to my case. or not

Pursuant to R77, officers should award points for the credential and years of study that the
applicant has completed at the time the application is made. If further study is completed and
documentation submitted between application and assessment, officers must award the points for
the highest educational credential obtained at the time of assessment.

if the applicant or their spouse or common-law partner completes further study, works in
Canada, arranges employment in Canada, or gains relatives in Canada between application
and assessment, and submits the necessary documentation, points must be awarded
accordingly.
