PMM and seniors. Please I need advice

Thank you for advice me with my case.
I’m filling in the application for the PR as a geotechnical engineer (NOC 2144) , I hold a degree in civil engineering {B.Sc.} (NOC 2131 ) and I worked as a civil engineer for 6 years then in the last two years I worked as a Geotechnical engineer in a consultant company.
Can I apply under the geotechnical engineer’s occupation (NOC 2144)?

also,I want to ask, do I have to have a special degree related to the geotechnical engineering?, because in my country we don't have such degree, only the civil engineering degree.

I just want to make clear that in my country, the Geotechnical Engineering study is part of the Civil Engineering study.
