hi ,i have a very interesting question ;
i am sure a lot of people would like to know this too.

What does the law says if
a person who is on PGWP and working full time marries to an international student already in Canada?(lets suppose this international student arrived recently)
1)If the international student want to leave/quit studies ,can he/she obtain an OWP(open work permit on the basis of spouse being a PGWP holder) by doing so at once?

Please refer in the light of what the law has to say.
I'd really appreciate if seniors can please take a look at this matter.

does simply "change of condition will suffice"? ofcourse providing all the documentation including marriage certificate from council etc.

I'll rephrase ;
lets say spouse after quitting studies by marrying to PGWP holder ,can he/she remain with valid status?
Keep in mind they get married in Canada after the international student arrived shortly.(between 2-6 months time frame)

If a "PGWP holder spouse" has a job " in an occupation under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill type 0, A or B" then a "spouse- former student" may apply for OWP.
