Plzzzzzzzz help. CIC vesrus VO checklist

Dear Seniors,
I have posted this before but I got no reply. Please help me in this. Thanks.

I am applying from Lebanon for FSW. Visa office for Lebanon was Damascus before. Recently it became Beirut the VO. I have noticed on some threads that they are talking about VO checklist and requirements and in addition to CI checklist and requirements. Unfortunately, Beirut is not on the list for Visa office requirements. Also, I have noticed when checking all the listed countries that there are no visa office requirements for FSW. Only there are for Provincial nominee and Quebec skilled worker.
Can I conclude that VO requirements are no longer required.
Please advise in order not to make any mistakes in my application.

You are right, there is no more VO checklist. There used to be till July 2011. So just follow the general checklist on the CIC website.
