I am the principal applicant n my spouse us pregnant just b4 mr
 
She can do medicals after delivery. It will delay your pr processing.

and if the baby is born before your PR stamping you have to get his/her application filed as well and update your visa office as well.
 
lets say a guy sends application and her wife becomes preg. now she cant do medical at least till around 9 months, does this mean that processing would be delayed by 9 months.

We are planning for a baby but we haven't received PER now . Do you think I should do medical before the planning and submit the MR when they ask for it maybe after 2 months.


I know that visa validity is dependent on medical date but I cant think of any other way.

as far as i know you cannot go for MR unless you have the MR request letter with you. The panel physican will not attend you because they have to report each and every case to CIC and MR invite letter has vital informaton for panel physician/doctor to fill.

you have to wait in this case.
