Your file has completed background checks.
For now, there is no action required on your part.

how much time would it take further as my wife is living alone in canada and she is pregnant and in august she is expecting. we both are very upset as there is no body lookafter her there.what should i do as 1 year and 3 months already passed submitted passport june 2011 to cic new delhi

@ mapplelover no i donot have long travel history but still!!!!!! >:(
did u travel to any country more than 6months!!!!!!!!!!

My theory is that if there is travel history to Canada even for less than six months then they delay it

first of all hope for the best to you !!! but it's wondering why they are taking somuch of time...did u check your ecase status? why don't you write a mail to ND VO!!

Do we receive any mail before the decision made stating the file isin the final review???

Hi,

This is the first time I am coming across something like this. However, as per your case I think that you can write to the VO and explain to them your situation. i pray that they take and give your case a special consideration. You can request information after around 90 days after your passport request.

With regards

Jaiganesh
