I think,You don't understand my answer about courier service,
I tell U that,,You send the passport only with medical cover letter ,if they send you...This Letter see like checklist or application,,,,,that letter explain to send the passport back to CHC Islamabad,,,,I used FedEx courier first time,then used also for second time,,,,so You use same courier for submission of passport.

I recieved my medical examination form on 23 july and my medical was done with on 26 July and send back my passport the same day (on 26th july). BUt i didnt not send any form with it as told by the doctor i did asked her if she will give me a form to send it with my passport. but she said if you yourself is your sponsor then you dont need any form to send along the passport.

please let me know if i must have to send the medical form ( which the embassy send me) along the passport, then ill send it ASAP.

it was the passport sent back to u by embassy ...........if it is then it was stamped from the embassy or not...........
im talking about student visa immigration


then follow the doctor because you no need to send any form to ur local embassy
doctor will follow your medical report to the overseas health department of canada in uk

medical process takes 1 month,,,,,,,,,,,,,well medical has no connection to visa

i sent my application through TCS courier on 12th july....i emailed embessy few days ago they replied me that my file is under review...okkayy

i have just visited tonite tcs website and on tracking my application it is showing "RETURN TO ORIGIN" .....

what does this mean, embessy sent me the medicals ?

if anyone has experienced then plz plz reply...

I tell you one thing,,You submit your passport by same courier where you submit first time,i think,it will be Fedex gery Int.
Passport and Medical Letter,,,Other form You already submitted to Doctor,Original form for medical...

Please tell where you got admission,which college and city,,,,,for what course?

For those who asked about courier:

Use any courier you like. You can also use different couriers for different documents, doesn't matter. Note that TCS is much cheaper than Fedex.
Each document will be returned to you through the same courier you used to send that particular document.

I m not quite sure what form are u talking about. But u just have to send the original docs (along with the receipt that contains your file number) back that u sent first time. Read instructions you were sent with medical, this info is there.
