1. I'v applied for a 1 yr pg diploma so,my question is am i allowed to switch college or change the duration of the course after reaching thre??if yes than how?
2. Another question is 1yr pg diploma + 1yr pg diploma is sufficient for a 3 yr pgwp or i'v to switch into a 2yrs pg diploma??

1. yup u r allowed to change program, bt u have to tell cic n clg officials 10-15 days b4 the start of program. check your clg website for that.

2. 2 yr pgd = 3 yr PGWP

how much time generally college take to transfer fees to different college ??

Colleges don't transfer fees. You would have to request a refund from your original college yourself and then pay the tuition for your new college yourself.
