plzz help me regarding sponsor my brother to quebec

i am here on student visa in Montreal. i got my CSQ this may but my study will over in next month. Can i sponsor my brother from under relative sponsorship program now. Or i have to wait for that. I f so, when can i will sponsor him. If anyone can give exact info on this.

You must wait until you are permanent resident of Canada.

You must also check other factors to see if you are admissible to sponsor, and if you can sponsor your brother.
