30th nov is last date officially. but u can apply till 10th December. there are cases in which students got permit.

NO, 30 NOVEMBER IS THE LAST DATE AS 1 AND 2 IS SATURDAY & SUNDAY RESPECTIVELY BCOZ 1 DECEMBER IS THE LAST DATE GIVEN BY THE VFS CHECKLIST
