Nope..When I tried to link.. It says u r already linked..n my agency told.. They have linked already...
And as far as I know... there is no use in linking with online for paper based..coz few of my friends linked and only know medical is passed..and for every one eligibility is verifying..Same old story like in tracking Id...so lets wait.. Thats the only option.
