Hi Guyz , As I mentioned in my earlier post that i am applying for Jan 2012 Session , I have sent all the relatives documents to my agent and he said he sent me the package which i have to sign and attach few docs and send to ambassy so i just want to ask is it too late ?? i mean if i send my docs to ambassy in the beginning of november , Will i get my Visa ? My friend told me that more late u send ur docs , more quickly u get ur visa ?

Also i dont have Police Clearance Certificate , How much time it takes to get a PCC ??

I would really appreciate ur help ....................... thankx in advance

Apply as soon as you get the LOA from the university. Some universities even issue an expiry date of LOA so it is always better to apply as soon as possible instead of just relying on myths.

I want to apply as soon as possible but the guy who prepared my docs , send them to me through DHL , As he says but i did not received them yet and its almost 10 days now , i am worried and i really dont want to delay my process ... Plz pray and tell me anything i missed or needed also due to eid holidays my police clearance certificate is delayed :-( ... hope i get it soon and my docs :-( ...............

DHL takes at most 4days to deliver anything around the world (they also have a 72hours cash back policy). So I think something is not right.

Did you get any tracking code from him..? Ask him to send it to you so that you can track it.

Bro I think you are right , This Firm IVMSC , is also doing document work for one of my other relative but when he sent them the docs , the pack was empty there were no docs in it .......... Its been almost 18 days now , i did not received my docs and then he said he cant found the tracking code ... and now he says he will send them again to my brother in london to forward them to me .. I dont believe his story also i think its now too late to apply because if i apply near end of novemeber , they will reject saying i submitted it to late .......... Plz advise or guide me , i am so confused , tense and i neeed ur help .......

Did you get any tracking code from him..? Ask him to send it to you so that you can track it.

I asked him again and again even begged to send me the tracking code but he did not sent it to me and now he says maybe docs are lost or something , he will send them again , i am just surprised first he said he sent them through DHL and now he says Fed EX , i really think this guy is a fruad ...........

Bro , He still making excuses and i am waiting for the second file , I am just surprised that my first file was just vanished in thin air , but still i will apply in hoping of getting visa ... He did not even told me that i need police clearance certificate , My friend told me so when i asked him , he said u need it so PCC gonna take 15 days to come .. Plz can u tell me , do i have to send it with docs or can i send it later on ???

as for the police certificate. I have been told that we have to only give it if the embassy requests for it. After uve sent in ur documents and they r rec by the embassy and they feel the need for u to have police clearance , then they will let u know. Its always better to put it along to avoid delay. But if it isnt ready then ..

YA!! i dont know y ppl choose to go to agents..when u can do it urself ! everythings mentioned clearly in the respective sites ..

I had less time to apply and wanted to apply to uni of windsor so according to uni of windsor they were only taking applications from their representative in pakistan ( MY AGENT ). I would have applied on my own but could not this time. ADVICE to everyone do it on your own cause agents do not take your files seriously. for them you are just a client, walking cash.

Oh..i dint know about unis taking applications from only representatives.
Now whate exactly is the issue? U need a police certificate?..
