HI Guyz, I applied through a consultant as most of you guyz know so he gave me an ID and Pass to Cic.gc.ca Website and I checked it time to time . It said i have applied for Study permit outside of canada and it something else was written infront of it DAYS TO TRANSMIT and it changed as day...
