plz read about increasing points

hay all,
i have a query regarding applying for skilled worker my brother have 3 years and 2 months work experience in Dubai but not 4 years and that all in full time sure but his score points are 65 only so is there any way to increase points to 67 to pass mark
even my 2nd brother wants also to apply he is doctor but his points are 66 so is there any chance to increase the points he need only one mark to pass couse he have worked only one year thats y

Yeah, if he studies English more, he could increase his IELTS score and if he takes some French classes and takes the French test, he could get some points for French too.
