Hello friend, i need help from your people..
i was born in india then i moved to USA when i was 15 years old and i came back at age of 22.. then i went to australia for study but i came back to india withing six months. after came back from australia i have tried canada student visa and i got refusal 3 times....

then i just got married with a girl whos canadian citizen... shes older then me 5 years... and shes christian... tell me friends what are my chances?

my marriage is geniune.. we have phonebills, e-mail, chatts, photos, marriage photos.. our honeymoon proofs... and everything else...

plz friendz be honest and tell me what are my chances... Thankxz for reading this friends !!!!!

to be honest the only purpose of your mariage seems to be ONLY to come to Canada maybe what i am thinking is wrong but what you have wrote and how made me believe this way ,sorry.

When you gonna apply under spouse visa, theres a question where they ask if you have ever been refused to come to canada then i guess you gotta write down :YES 3times under student visa. you will ended with a interview for sure.and possibiity to be denied under family class too.because they will poibility think what i am thinking.Sorry again to tell you that, when filling up the application answer the questions with details and explanation then you might pass and come to CANada.

better you write here how you met your wife, how you both ended up marrying with details, so we can see how genuine it will seem like,i know i am noone to judge but i am giving my honest thinking. THey probably think u had 3attenpt to come to canada then had a marriage of convenience to come here.

we met threw social site,,, she came to india and marry with me... and we went to honeymoon.. and we have so many photographs of wedding,, receptions,,, my home,, honeymoon receipts,, phone bills, , chat history,, and even more we have met in usa in year 2005 too.. our marriage is geniun,, and i love her and she love me alot...

also we do have blackberry chat history too...

i have tryed student visa 3 times because i wanted to be with her and she was not ready to marry with me at that time.. and now after i got refusal 3 times.. she was ready to marry and she came down here and marry with me now...

What you are explaining here, explain the same thing to convice the visa officer . You will be more than ok. You should submit all the evidence that you are engaged with her before applying for student visa. You wanted to go to canada for her. explain that you did not marry her for going canada. All the best.

yes amy,, i am surely explain to visa officer but i heard from people they never understand our feelings.. they always think marriage is not geniun even its geniun,,, i got reception in the biggest hotel here in india.. and we went to honeymoon,, got all proofs,, photos, letters, chat history, phone bills... and many mroe even we do webcam everyday...

You should not worry about the denial,because you havent started the process yet,and probably no reason to worry for now. And yes if it gets denied than you would probably need to reapply or appeal after it gets refused.If they deny on the first stage which is from missisauga then you can reaply without appealing.Stop worrying and think positive,gather your proofs, and wish you the best.
