I have not sent the medical resiept to CHC islamabad .. as i was told that they have nothing to do with ur medicals CHC newdelhi is responsible for confirming ur medical ..... I hope i did right or els Madam tania u made me a bit worried .....??

Don't worry dear. No need to attach that. I also took that receipt to gerrys, while submitting my passport back but the gerrys person denied to attach that. I sent just passport alone with my Colleges' remainig fee receipt.

These are some mistakes i have always cautioned people from doing.

Stick to what you have been told to do.

Its the same mistake always all the time.

The Vos need the medical report no the cover letter or the receipt.

At this level the VOs have made alot of conclusion on you and that the only thing remaining is medical report.Unless otherwise.
