Aren't you here on a study visa? If you are, then the link Charlie provided doesn't apply to you (only permanent residents and citizens can sponsor their parents).

If you parents require a visa to come to Canada, then they will have to apply for a visit visa and qualify on their own. If they are approved for the visa, they will be able to come and visit you in Canada. However they will not be able to come to Canada to live permanently.
