hello every one,im new on this forum,im from morocco im married to a canadian citizen,we got married last january,i want to apply so i can join my wife in canada,should i apply from here or should she apply from canada?what are the papers we need,what is the first step.plz guide me through.thank you,any help would be much appreciated. Hi,

Start by reading the first thread in this forum, Spousal Sponsorship. It will help you understand how the process works.

You would need to be in Canada with your wife if you want to apply with an Inland application.

Inland- requires you both to be in Canada.

Outland- you can apply from where you are (Morocco?).
