10 months ago i did the citizenship tesr few days later i received RQ since that time and i am waiting , but the problem is when i check my application onilne they did not mention that i did the test and they send a RQ!!
Is that normal?!

You have to track your days in Canada - when you enter and exit. Use this website to enter the details to see how many days of physical presence you have.
https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/rescalc/resCalcStartNew.do

The other option is to order for a CBSA report which will list the entry/exit dates.

yes u can order the cbsa personal records from same as atip request. Then you can match your entries. It takes usually 30 days for the report.

Possibly there is a form which would ask your personal details such as passport number etc for processing your travel history.

Alternatively, you might consider calling Canadian Border Security Agency, "CBSA" office directly and they can guide you.

Yes attach ur passport copy, identity proof such as PR COPY AND DRIVING LICENSE SO THAT THE AUTHORITIES IDENTIDY U AS THE SEEKER OF RECORDS
