PlZ HELP - Requested additional proof of sponsors intent to come back to Canada

Hello everyone,

I have been living in Canada for 11 years and came to Belarus for vacation and ended up getting married here and staying. I put my education on hold for one year and intend to come back to Canada by September of this year to continue if they do not open my husbands PR yet. Obviously I want to come to Canada together but cant afford to miss any more College.

We just received an email asking for additional documents in regards to the sponsors intent to come back to Canada.
In the email it states that they request :

1. Proof of residence in Canada
2. Proof of work/education
3. Additional documents proving intent to come back

Please let me know what kind of other supporting documents anyone has sent.
I am planning to send my Alberta ID faxed copy, my Alberta HealthCare Card faxed copy, a letter from my parents stating they will help us once we arrive, a screenshot of my school courses in Alberta, my bank account with some savings in it, a copy of my car ownership and so far that is all I have.
PLEASE HELP ! Any other ideas of what could they possibly want as proof of intent to come back ?

I am reading through them now.

Do you think the things I listed in my above message qualify as enough ?
I will also add some facebook messages from friends and relatives to the list.
 
Proof that you are enrolled in classes in September. If you can pay early, that is even better proof.
 
Your list looks pretty good already.

I would throw in a 'moving to do list' (I am sure you must have one), written quotes from moving companies for your good to follow (if any), etc.

The problem is, I cant apply for courses until June as my enrolment dates for Fall 2017 semester only begins in the middle of June.

Yes, I will for sure add a to-do list in this package as well.

Another question, can I send them this in an email AND also by mail ?

Do you know how long after the documents are sent, that they will open your file again ?
We received the email today, February 22, and will send them all the documents tomorrow, the 23.
I hope they dont put the file away again :(
