because i think i have attched a proof of clarfication of my 1st rejection point with all other documents too.

Hey buddy

A straightforward answer would be - If visa officer reads you SOP (which he may or may not given they have hell lot of applications) then you stand a chance otherwise without reading you SOP he/she will have the same scenario leading to the same refusal again.

if anyone can help you or rest of us is the one whom no one has ever met but only know as GOD..so seek his help.

the letter whcih i wrote to visa officer and a statement of pupose , i attcehed both these documents on the front of my file , these r the starting documents of my file with refusal letter attached also.

i applied my file from wwics head office mohali
and i told them to attach my sop and a letter to visa officer in front.
and when they submitted my file then i called him , they said we have attached ur sop and a letter to visa officer in front page,. so i think they spoke truly

I don't know which course to choose for my january session . The previous course was totally related to my studies and work ex. Still if i think of changing the course ,humber college don't have any course related to my studies in january session.

I have to either change the college or wait for next year. I would also have to get back my fee for 1st semester from the college .

Can u suggest me some course related to my field in any good college so that i can take the admission and can enhance my chances of getting the visa.

you must consult talk to your college where you have got ur admission letter because there are international education advisory council who can suggest you what to do as they have appropriate knowledge of canada education system as it will help you

yes you right he should be wait,,,,,,,,,,,,,if we think we are right then this will lead us towards wrong side,,,,,,,,,,,harman take a long brief and accept everything will humble,,,,,,,,for afew moments you must think that you are wrong and thoroughly check all the papers as well as refusal letter i hope you will get the point where you left deficiency in your previous application

My case was same as urs i have 7 years of experience as a web programmer. Got 7.5 bands overall. Did my BCA way back in 2003 and i got visa. I am really shocked to know that your application was rejected. You seems to be a deserving student to me. Anyways you can retry for Jan 2011 intake and please choose Project Management course as Wireless Networking has become quite a infamous course lot of guys applying for this course are not getting visas. Moreover you can explain that you really need this project management course as this course will enhance your managerial skills and hence you can land up with a better job back in home country. Also have you used any consultant for processing your file ??

yes i have used a consultancy .WorldWide Studies. i talked to them about my file . they are suggesting that i should go for wireless communications. But i don't want to trust them blindly..
