1. Can anyone plz tell me family means only spouse and children or brother, sisters and parents too?
2. Secondly, I have got my experience letter and copy of work contract. So is it compulsory to get copy of pay stub also or not? Because I may not get that… my total experience is about six years
3. For proof of funds what should I get from bank? And how much old will work? If bank gives me a statement showing that I am their customer with required amount will that work? And how much money is required for a family of two persons i.e. Me and my wife.
4. I have BBA-IT four years degree and then MBA in HR 1.5 years degree? Am I eligible to apply? My ielts score is overall 7 band and my wife scored 6.5 over all? Is it ok???
Iam so much confused plzz guide me seniors….. I think I am late too in applying…..

Your spouse and children are your family. BUT in Additional family information, where you have to provide information about your parents & siblings. Be specific and eloborate more, where is your confusion in filling form ?

It is better to submit pay slips, however if you dont have, then its ok, if they have to verify, then can do on their own by their own means. You must include bank statement of account with salary transfer as it will authenticate your case.

Six months bank statement, you must include bank statement. Some banks offer certificate , as in my case, they also gave me certificate of proof of funds equivalent to Canadian dollars, however you must include bank statement, Bank certificate should not be enought, thats my understanding. For famoly of 2, you need $14,720

Dude, you need to have your BBA degree credential assessment from recognized & designated credential assessment authority;
You can arrange to get your assessment from:
•Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
•International Credential Assessment Service of Canada
•World Education Services
•Medical Council of Canada (professional body)
•Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (professional body)

i thing to ask.. my recent job is in a school as HR generalist for past 1 year or more and they always give me cash salary so how will i prove that from my bank account? and secondly, i got some amount about a month back which is in my account and before that there was less amount in it? so doesnt cic will have objection that in past 5 months you have less money in your account and now its more? wot do u advise i shud do??

Get the certificate from your school that you are being paid in cash amount specifying your total salary per month.
For your bank statement, all I know you must provide 6 months bank statement and end balance should be around CAD 14000, Rest if VO have doubts they can ask you to resubmit updated bank statement at later stage.

All documents sent must be translated if it's in an language other than the official languages from Canada.
If you are going to send it, then it should be translated.
Do not send documents that are not required by CIC. Check the list carefully and in case of questions, ask it to the forum folks because you'll find someone from your country over they to share his/her experience about your local documents.
