ive just filled the wes form. and after entering everything like credit card address, etc when i clicked the submit button everything i filled indisappeared.. now im confused if i fill it again, payment wont get charged twice? plz anyone help..shall i wait or fill it again?

im filling the wes FSW application form and getting confused what to write in credentials? i mean shall i mention degree and transcript separately for each course? or only transcripts for matric, fsc, graduation or MBA? plz help :-\
