Plz help me to choose a relevant course for may 2016

i got a refusal for jan 2016 intake. I applied for PG certificate course in centennial college named International business management

My profile:
10th (2007)- 75% cbse
12th (2009)- 90% commerce stream, cbse
B.com from delhi university (09-12) - 54%
CA-ipcc both groups in nov 2012
working as an article assistant from april 2013 to oct 2015
IELTS score:7.5 bands [ R-8.5 L-8 S-7 W-7]

Now i want to reapply for may 2016. I need suggestions Regarding which course to choose which has a good impression on VO. And is relevant. I am very confused. Help me

What was the reason for rejection? Instead on concentration on impression on VO from a course what is it that suits your background. Trying to make impression on visa officer will again result in rejection and may cause grounds of misrepresentation.

The reason was that your proposed studies dont match with your past background.
and if you see i have been following the commerce line since 11th standard.

By impressing VO i meant the course which he feels is appropiate because in my opinion even International bus mgt was good enough.

Can you suggest any courses relating to my background somthing relating to finance or accounts?

Does the letter say you can appeal the refusal?
Does the letter advise you about further course of action?
If international business management was what you wanted to do then you should follow it.
the post basically makes it (and you may not have intended it to appear that way) look like "whatever the course, I dont care, as long as I get visa approved"
and probably that was the general tone of the application too and that was what VO felt.

No the refusal letter only states the reason with no further advice.
I have ordered the CAIPS note so it might be more clear.
I understand what you are saying now. The application might have sounded like that.

(Actually this time also i wanted to go for accounting but as i was late in applications, courses were full and IBM looked like a last option.)
