There was a time I fretted a whole lot over this issue. I applied in June, did my medical on Sept 1 and my biometrics on Sept 8. My biometrics got updated the same day, but my medical is still showing the default 'You do not need to have a medical blah blah blah'.
Heart attack nearly killed me early this month as I was overly preoccupied with thoughts of IRCC delay, especially as two of my friends got their PPR during the October shower.
Well, after many webforms sent to IRCC (some in the form of pleas, some in the form of foolish threats that ended with 'I beg you na' (lol), then others in the form of emotional manipulation), I gave up and decided to just stand down and wait, and if possible forget about them altogether. But it's easy to say than do, innit?
Now though, I'm letting them have all the time they need; I'm very optimistic that they can't sit on the problem past next month. I ain't getting rejected anyway; either they accept me or they accept me!
In the meantime, I will prepare to start the winter term from home. It's not like I'm in haste to travel to Canada in the peak of winter. Let them enjoy their cold without me this last time; I still have a lot of important marital things to arrange here at home. By April ending shall the son of man be ready to venture thither!
