pls help me my sister has sent her 1st file noc 3142 on aug it was rescived on 9 sept 2013 i have not got any answer from thir yet can anyone applied in that month and has got reply

According to CIC that cap was filled on Nov 27, 2013.

However, I think that CAP might have been reached sometime around the last week of August. I come to this conclusion based on a tracking spreadsheet from another thread.
