I dont have my marriage certificate and the passport of my children and PCC. I want to apply for FCW category. can i submit my application to CIS without these documents. i have other documents ready including Original IELTS.

Only if you have a Job Offer & AEO.
If not, please dont apply.

If you have IELTS, try getting other documents as well.
It doesnt take that long.

PCC is must- you are in Chd it should not take more than 3 days there.
Passport of children- you can write Aplied for
Birth certificate - no required at the stage of filing to CIO.

Unfortunately, you can't apply without PCC otherwise you will get your file returned. Its better to wait for a week than to get rejection.

Marriage certificate is not required at CIO. Have it to file at local visa office with other documents.
