my name is amit kumar.i am going to take education loan of Rs.1800000(eighteen lac) against the security of FD(fixed Deposit) of 2000000(twenty lac rupees).do i need to show from where i got this rs. for FD in Embassy with my education loan letter???
plz help me its urgent???

I have the same question buddy, Can you explain me how to show them the proof of source under spp as no excess documents are required , like-: I have taken loan of 10 lacs against fd of 12 lacs , That money we have got after selling agriculture land.

Can you tell me how to express that situation and I have also ITR's of my father as well as my mothers ??

i have annual income of r 800000(eight lac).and if i take loan of rs 1200000(twelve lac)at the place of 1800000(eighteen lac)then still there is negativity in my file?Actually i sale my agriculture land and i have land agreement in that it is clearly mentioned that i got 2000000 lac. do i still need to worry?
