I was honest as well as naive in this forum. I posted my personal information here using my name as my user name! Now its showing in Google search and I'm really worried. I want to delete my post. Please let me know how to do that.

You can goto your profile page and delete your account.

I deleted my account last year but the posts have been always online. And the reactivation option is available all the time.

there is a option"Report to Moderator" in the lower right corner of every comment.....just click on that and write what you want to say to the site administrators......

Thats what I always wonder when I see people on this forum giving away their FB IDs, mail accounts, family details, Date of Birth, flight details and even contact numbers in posts! Its quite funny and troubling at the same time :-/ Only a moderator can help you now. If somehow those posts are deleted and after google updates its index, your posts will hopefully vanish from search

if you wanna delete. follow these steps.

1. go to particular post
2. click modify
3. delete that and write anything else like abc / xyz etc
4. save

Done!! It worked for me earlier

thats why i told people in the birthday post to never to put personal info online.......once it goes online anyone can find it and use it.....
