1) Go to wes canada and check the document requirement by selecting country Pakistan. (Document Requirments are based on your degree/certificates as well)
2) For HEC Attestation visit http://hec.gov.pk/InsideHEC/Divisions/QALI/DegreeAttestationEquivalence/DegreeAttestationServices/Pages/HowToApply.aspx
3) Ask HEC to put your attested copies in an envelope and seal the envelope, then you can send it to WES.


HEC Requirments for Attestation:
--------------------------------
1) Procedure for Attestation and Application from HEC Process for Walk in Applicants

a)Fill out the Online Application Form and take a print, preferably before coming to HEC Islamabad.
b)Reserve your time for attestation while filling in the online application form.
c)Attach all required documents including:
I. Receipt of payment of Attestation Fee
II. Original certificates/degrees from Matric onwards along with transcripts of degrees.
III. Photocopies of certificates and degrees from Matric onwards (for HEC record).
IV. “Equivalence of HEC” in case of Bachelor or Master Degree, etc from abroad.
V. Copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
VI. In case a degree has not been issued, the Detailed Marks Certificate/Transcript can be attested provided:
a) Verification letter from the Controller of Examinations of the concerned university is attached.
b) The applicant has passed degree programme within the three years from the date of application.
VII. For attestation of “Shahadatul Almiya fil uloomm al Arabia wal Islamia” please enter particulars of Middle, Aama, Khasa and attach equivalence of HEC.
VIII.For attestation of “Equivalence letter” issued by HEC, attach original Equivalence letter alongwith attested copies of all documents.
IX. For the attestation of "CPSP Fellowship/Membership" certificate get it verified from the controller of examinations of CPSP before submitting to HEC.
X. In case application is being submitted by a person other than the degree holder, the following documents are required:
a) Authority letter duly attested by a Grade 17 officer for the authorized person.
b) Copy of the Computerized Identity Card of the Authorized person
Note: HEC attests original documents first then photocopies. No request for the attestation of photocopies would be entertained without the attestation of original documents.

according to hec website it can be done in khi bbut i called hec khi they said they dont do it in khi. They only collect docs n send them to isb

I have a question. I sent sealed envelope from HEC with my attested documents to WES. When I checked my HEC Attestation application page. I found that my latest application status is COMPLETED, while the previous three unattended applications are "In Progress" state. so my question is that is it required that all applications with status "In Progress" be removed from the page ??

Furthermore, I have been calling over a number of contact persons of HEC to remove "In Progress" applications but no one has been helpful though. Kindly suggest.

It does not matter as far as you have got attestations and sealed envelop directly from HEC. Just put it in another envelop of yours with a cover letter mentioning your WES Code (must have got from on-line).
Dispatch with WES Fees and wait for around a month to recieve back equivalency.
