I applied for fsw 2014 however due to cap full my application got rejected ,i applied for express entry in 2015 but all in vain..
Now trying my luck in SINP one question
what to answer in "Whether u have applied in province/Canadian federal worker program:yes or no..
please suggest

I dnt have birth certificate with my name can i use an affidavit..

I have my birth certificate with my parents name but not with my name will affidavit work???can i leave the field blank as in the form it is asking

You can answer "NO" because applications that have been returned due to cap are not considered rejections, AFAIK.

Even, if you have been rejected - you can explain the reason, it will have NO impact at all.

I would myself, answer NO but attach a LOE.

For BC - you can use school documents if your parents details are there.

Yes an affidavit would work, that's what I did as well.I also attached my grade 10 certificate along as it has my parents and my name.
