Plz help for April 2014 applicant CEC

I applied for CEC at the middle of April, 2014, got medical request at November 12th, 2014. The government received the examination results at 29th, November, 2014. However, there is no updating since that moment.
Already five months passed, and it is also more than 12 months! When I check personal CIC account, there is only showing application received but no starting the process. What can I do with that? Is it rejected already?
Plz Help, I knew someone applied around May, 2014 has already sent the passport...

Call CIC at 1888-242-2100 and also order your GCMS notes to know the status of your application.

There's nothing you can do, but wait. You can order GCMS notes to see what's causing the delay (most likely 2nd review), but it won't expedite the process.
