Concordia, Carleton are safe uni's for you. Ottawa should be reach. You can however try in Waterloo also. You will be lucky to get in Waterloo.

I am in no position to comment on job facilities. You should contact some alumni of uni for same, who got job. But one think I can tell you is Job in canada totally depends on grades, references, skill, knowledge.

is there any chance to get admission in dalhousie university

i'm interested in applying for
university of waterloo
carleton university
dalhousie university

excluded ryerson because of its very expensive.....

regarding budget(cheaper) off the above mentioned universities.. what university suits me best

and any chances for other universities which are safe for me regarding my profile..............
