Plz Count My IELTS Points .. I'm Confused ??!

Hi everyone
I need 21 points to reach 67 ( on new proposed FSW point system 2013 )
My test results were :

Speaking 7.5
Reading 7.5
Writing 7
Listening 7.5

I know that I passed CLB 7 threshold .. but I don't know if they award marks separately or all together ?

Do I take 20 pt here ( 5 for each )or 23 pt ( 5 for Listening and 6 for each of the rest ) ?
