My younger brother got da student visa today n he is going soon , my wife is already studying in canada on study permit since sept 2011 , now m going 2 apply TRV last week of dec, now my wife n my brother will b der, n i will b da only 1 left here for da support of my parents, so now how much r da chances of getting TRV dis time, bcoz parents r retired n m da only 1 who is earning in da family now , n havin good travel history as well , bcoz i visited uk n aus n malaysia as well

I think, there wont be any problems because you are getting TRV, not immigrating and leaving your parents alone. Just carefully mention this thing in your application that your wife needs your support and you will be visiting/coming back to parents quite often..All the best

than i have been to london and stayed there for 8 months
since sept 2010 till now i am running my own private institute where 6 teachers r working and ITR approx 3.90 lacs
bank saving history since last 3 months around 3.70 savings
bank saving in wife a/c $7000

My spouse and i have two kids who are Canadians with canadian passport. My spouse is not, I have sponsored her, is still in process. She has tried 3X trying to get a Visitors visa to bring my kids to me in Canada. but she has been refused the reason where she lacks travelling experiences and family ties. she travels to china about 3 times every year. What is she doing wrong. Any advice as to what to do

ur case is very different from mine. I think you have to somehow prove that u'll come back. In my case I gave a leave sanction letter. But,as you are the manager. It might be bit easy for you,as u can say that if u r not in India, then who'll manage the business. Probably, that clause will help you. I request for a 10day visa, but they gave it for 2 months. So, u can also try the same and see, but I am not sure of that.

i have been apply visit visa for canada but all nessarry document are attacehed ,but not send invitation letter ,i am freqent trvl,uk,italy,denmark and valid visa uk but it was refused ,not satisfied visa officer ,purpose of trip,family ties,in canada and home country,lenght of stay,now i am reapply with invitation letter my cousin meet my cousin/family and seen some attaractic seen,she send by post passport copy,citizn ship card copy,birth certi,notice of ass,income tax emply record copy,job letter.
we are business man in pakistan i am importer and exporter since 2001 this is certiftied by bank with business letter,income recipt last 3 years current tax paid approx $6000 ,property owner ship value$22000.,copy of car reg certifacte honda company value$7000,finiancail account balance sheet,profitost account ,i am not married date of birth 1979 travel histry is satarted 2004 in uk and 12 times go to uk and now visa is valid till 2012 ,i reapply 1 dec 2011 now waiting my passport ,plz sugest me i really thk full too all forum member thanks
