plss help urgent help needed!!

Hi i am waiting for mt tuition fees receipt from centennial and they are taking forever to send it, i want to apply for the visa asap!! my consultant told me that we can apply through the tt receipt as well and when i had called the centennial college some international officer also said that we can apply through the TT receipt..
is this true?? anybody applied through TT receipt as well?? pls reply at the earliest!!

Yes, you can apply with tt receipt... Though I applied with college receipt.. I know many people who got visa with tt receipt...

Thanks a lot I think I will wait for a day more and go ahead with the application..do you have any idea if applying near the last date would give a negative impact?
