Apart from paying the tuition fee you need to have financial backing which amounts to a minimum of 10000 CAD per year. Everything else looks pretty convincing.

Yes bro I have done GIC of cad10000 and got GIC certificate for that.

Also, you have to your parents income afidavit above 3.5 Lac/year.!

Hey satvir if I give my father's ITR which is around Rs600000 per year.Is it sufficient .

Showing ITR is a good option.It will show the annual salary,tax paid,genuine student.Instead of showing salary slips you can show only Itr.
It will lower down the number of pages in your application which is a good point.
